Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Location: NORCAT-Timmins

Duration: Full Time

Salary: $41,000 - 46,000 annually

Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Reporting to the General Manager – NORCAT Timmins, The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced team environment on an array of strategic and tactical initiatives. This role will provide direct support to the General Manager and will focus on effectively managing client registrations, coordinating training programs and services and developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and book training clients in the NORCAT online training system.
  • Complete credit card/ cash payment transactions as required and provide overall client support including taking phone calls, welcoming clients and taking client photos for use on the NORCAT training pass.
  • Setting up clients on computer terminals and answering any related questions before, during and after all training programs as required.
  • Complete end-of-day financial transactions including daily cash/ credit card counts, troubleshoot errors as needed and prepare daily bank deposit summary.
  • Provide support and/or administer select training and development programs and services including, but not limited to, quantitative respirator fit testing, among others as needed.
  • Prepare client registration forms for the following workday.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in any discipline
  • Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client-facing/customer service roles and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, conceptual thinker; able to understand and work through complex problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration, research and reporting skills
