Our system is designed so that there is no sensitive information stored including any personal details. The mobile application does not make any connections with the outside world, meaning it is a self containted anonymous monitoring system. Site Access codes are QR Based containing all the information needed to get you working including the sites survey data. If you wish to submit your log data which only includes Site Access locations and check-in times you can do so at your own discretion.

Safe Site provides a realtime site passport for validating site access. The site passport includes various notifications for site type and validation including profile information and site barcode for faster site entry and touchless acccess.
Safe Site automatically schedules reminders on your device to keep you updated on the validity of your site survey. Safe Site let's you know when it's time to take your survey again, keeping you safe and compliant.
If your worksite requires mandatory PCR swab tests or RapidTests for your employees, Safe Site can schedule device notifications to remind workers when they are required to take their next test.

The Safe Site software allows companies and administrators to create a fast pass program or better known as a Safe Site Program for workforces that require assessment monitoring at specific site entry points.
With every Safe Site Assessment, a personal survey or audit must be acknowledged by the enrolled person. The survey or audit must be repeated based on the frequency set out by the company. Companies or administrators can create customized surveys or assessments that are delivered and packaged through our customized QR solution. No data is ever transmitted over the web. All the specifications to your survey or audit are stored within the QR code unpackaged when a worker or visitor scans or accesses the QR code through the Safe Site mobile application.
Along with the personal survey, companies or administrators can create assessment scanning zones for workers or visitors. If they pass the company assessment, the worker can be presented with an A-TAG which can be scanned on their personal device such as a tablet or smart phone. This will allow the individual to fast travel within the facility when they re-enter zones that require assessment.
When a worker or visitor scans a tag that is posted on the site, the information in the tag is stored in the workers or visitors logbook on their device. This information can become valuable in the case of a medical emergency where the worker or visitor may become ill or was already ill. At this point the worker or visitor can share their logbook data with medical professionals trying to manage social controls around the working zone. Administrators have the option to enable or disable the log tag tracking. This log tag can also be applied to an Assessment tag (A-TAG) for a paired AL-TAG combinations.
